Our passion for bison started with the desire to eat healthy meats and to know where our food was coming from. We learned that bison is a lean protein that is nutrient dense but also tastes good and is easy to prepare. Over time we became more interested in the history of bison and how the natural behavior of a bison herd is beneficial for the environment. After years of research, we purchased our own piece of land in the Flint Hills and began our journey into regenerative ranching and bringing grass fed bison meat to your table.
