Flint Hills Bison Co. proudly offers bison meat, a nutritious, North American native protein that’s naturally leaner and higher in protein than beef.
Requires 7-9 cubic feet of freezer space.
Every share is tailored to you, our customer— once your order is confirmed, we will provide a cut sheet so you can specify how you want your bison broken down.
How it works: You reserve a Flint Hills half bison share today with an $800 deposit. We choose an animal from our herd for you, reserve it, then prepare it for harvesting. Our butcher will process your meat and pack it in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your order is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment.
