How it works: You reserve a Flint Hills quarter bison share today with a $600 deposit. We choose an animal from our herd for you, reserve it, then prepare it for harvesting. Our butcher will process your meat and pack it in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your order is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment.
