How it works: You reserve a Flint Hills whole bison share today with a $1200 deposit. We choose an animal from our herd for you, reserve it, then prepare it for harvesting. Our butcher will process your meat and pack it in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your order is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment.

What your Quarter Share might look like:
  • 25% Steaks: Ribeyes, Sirloins, NY Strip, Filets, Flank Steaks & Skirt Steaks
  • 35% Roasts and Specialty Cuts: Chuck Roasts, Brisket, Short Ribs, and Stew Meat
  • 40% Premium Ground Bison
