The package arrived perfectly with several surprises! Shipping - All the meat and the ice packs were still frozen. Meat - Looks amazing. Bison is a lean, healthy, and tasty meat. Has nice marbling and streaks. Can't wait to cook it up and will be reporting back. Swag - Killer job with all the branding and cool gear. Leather koozies and tote bag were a bonus.

This meat is absolutely delicious, tender, and full of flavor. You can really tell that this incredible husband & wife team put a lot of care and attention into raising their animals. Ordered sausage, hamburger, ribeyes and fillets. All arrived in a very timely manner. Packaged in cardboard box, dense styrofoam cooler with freezer gel packs. Everything clearly labeled, vacuumed sealed and frozen. Bison cooking tips and Bison nutritional information also enclosed. Already looking forward to my next order and eating some delicious and healthy Bison.
